The Computer and Electronics Youth Club (JCCE) constitute a network of technology centers that emerged on September 8, 1987 during an exhibition organized by the Youth Technical Brigades, with the aim of contributing to the socialization of technologies and the computerization of the society.  The Computer and Electronics Young Club Program in the province of Granma has 49 facilities distributed throughout the 13 municipalities currently providing its services to the population.

Mission:

To provide society with services and products related to information technology, communications and electronics.
