In the case of the subsidized variant, it is issued to people who receive subsidies for construction actions and acquisition of construction materials and has the following peculiarities:
They can only be used in the POS (POS) of the stores authorized for the sale of construction materials (flea markets).
They do not allow cash withdrawals at ATMs and POS of financial institutions.
It is issued only in CUP.
It allows you to check the balance and the last 10 operations carried out with the card at ATMs.
To obtain a magnetic card it is required:
To formalize a savings account opening contract (if you do not have a BANDEC account).
To formalize current account opening contract (only for TCP).
To sign individual contract for RED BANDEC card.
