Description of the procedure: Application made by Cuban emigrants who intend to establish their residence again in the national territory, will be formulated by the interested parties in the Cuban consulates abroad or in the processing bodies of the MININT. It can also be requested by the reference person resident in Cuba.
Requirements for refusal of return in the national territory:
- Physical presence of the holder.
- Passport.
- Entry application form (AP-1) in original and copy.
- Form of the reference person in Cuba (AP-3) in original and copy.
- Identity document of the reference person in Cuba.
- Sworn statement of the person of reference who in Cuba undertakes to guarantee their lodging and maintenance when appropriate, until the interested party can have their own home and income.
- Tax payment in stamps according to the provisions of the Ministry of Finance and Prices.
