Description of the procedure: Entrance authorization for humanitarian reasons in favor of emigrated Cuban citizens to visit their close relatives (parents, children, spouses, grandparents and siblings) who have died or are seriously ill.
Requirements:
- Updated identity card of the person who serves as a reference in Cuba.
- Summary of the medical history of the patient in Cuba or death certificate, as appropriate.
- Application form for entry to Cuba (AP-1).
- Reference person form (AP-3).
