Description of the procedure: Act to recognize Cuban citizenship to foreigners, children of a Cuban father or mother to settle in the national territory.
Requirements:
- Passport of the country of birth and entrance visa to Cuba.
- Birth Registration of the Special Registry of Acts and Deeds of Cubans Abroad.
- Identity card of the reference person in Cuba.
- Sworn statement from the person of reference in Cuba who agrees to guarantee their accommodation and meals.
- 2 Photos size 1x1. Application form for entry to Cuba (AP-1).
- Reference person form (AP-3).
- In the case of a minor under 18 years of age or incapable, notarial consent made by both parents or legal guardians before a notary public of the Ministry of Justice or before the Cuban official of the Cuban consular representation.
