Description of the procedure: It is the act through which the extension of the stay in the national territory is authorized to a foreigner, Cuban emigrant and resident abroad or in the interest of an organization.
Requirements:
a) Passport and entrance visa to Cuba.
b) Medical insurance policy
c) Hotel reservation or registration of accommodation in private homes.
d) In those cases that are staying in homes not covered by Decree Law 357/2018, the physical presence and identity card of the family member or friend who represents them will be required for the process.
e) Tax payment in stamps according to what is established by the Ministry of Finance and Prices.
