SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE POPULATION:
- Water supply (connections and tank cars)
- Evacuation of residuals (cleaning of pits)
- Contract or Charge for network water service.
- Elimination of leaks.
- Unblocking and cleaning of the aqueduct, sewage and storm drainage system.
CHANNELS OF APPLICATION AND FORMS OF PROVISION OF SERVICES:
1. Water supply (connections and tank cars)
Request for connections: It is delivered in writing to the commercial office of the UEB.
Tank cars: The contracted population whose system is affected is supplied by tank cars. As well as the places that do not have systems previously contracted with Communals. It is requested in the Dispatch Room.
2. Evacuation of residuals (cleaning of pits)
Pit cleaning report: It is carried out in the commercial office that corresponds to the distribution where the client lives, presenting for it:
- Permanent identity card.
- Last proof of payment of water service.
- Supply book.
3. Contract or Charge for network water service.
To make a contract or pay for the service: It is made in the commercial office that corresponds to the distribution where the client lives, presenting for it:
- Permanent identity card.
- Supply book.
4. Elimination of leaks.
Leakage report: It is done in the Dispatch Room or in the Population Attention Office.
5. Unblocking and cleaning of the aqueduct, sewage and storm drainage system.
Obstruction Report: It is done in the Dispatch Room or in the Population Attention Office.
