Credit for Working Capital: Necessary amount (in CUP) to cover the expenses of the production or service cycle of the activity that is carried out with a maximum term of 18 months.

Modalities:

  • Simple Credit (financing that is delivered once).
  •  Line of Credit (financing with a maximum limit to be used).

 Purposes:

  • Purchase of goods, supplies and equipment.
  •  Payment of raw materials and services (water, electricity and gas).

 Requirements:

  • Permanent identity document (identity card).
  •  Official document that authorizes self-employment or another form of non-state management.
  •  Current account in the branch where the financing is requested in the municipality of its legal domicile.
  •  Do not present overdue debts or debt for a credit associated with your activity as TCP.
  •  MINSAP authorization whenever the activity requires it.

 Guarantees requested:

  •  Assignment of present and future income rights.
  •  Assignment of certificates and fixed-term or savings accounts.
  •  Solidarity guarantors.
  •  Pledges of goods (jewelry, patrimonial assets, motorcycle vehicles, livestock)
  •  Real estate mortgages (holiday or vacation homes, vacant lots)

 Credit for Investments: Amount (in CUP) destined for the acquisition of equipment linked to the activity that it develops and with a maximum term of 10 years, as long as you have at least 6 months of experience in the activity.

 Modalities:

  • Simple Credit (financing that is delivered once).
  •  Line of Credit (financing with a maximum limit to be used by the client according to their requirements).

 Purposes:

  • Expenses associated with construction, remodeling or modernization of premises.
  •  Purchase of equipment.

 Requirements:

  • Permanent identity document (identity card).
  •  Official document that authorizes self-employment or another form of non-state management.
  •  Current account in the branch where the financing is requested in the municipality of its legal domicile.
  •  Do not present overdue debts or debt for a credit associated with your activity as TCP.

Accounts:

Current Accounts: Natural persons authorized to exercise Self-Employment may open Current Accounts in Cuban pesos and in convertible pesos at any BANDEC branch.

The accounts may be:

  • Individual (a single holder that will operate through a checkbook).
  •  Solidarity or indistinct (two or more holders who can operate independently through checkbook).
  •  Combined or joint (two or more holders who can deposit independently, but require the group to make withdrawals, it will be operated through payment orders).

 Initial deposit: 200 (CUP) or 50 (CUC)

Payment instruments: checks, magnetic cards, bank transfers or cash.

Documents to present for its opening:

  • Identity card of the holder(s).
  •  Document issued that authorizes the exercise of self-employment and other forms of non-state management.
  •  Card issued by the ONAT with the tax identification number.

 Fiscal Checking Accounts: Natural persons authorized to exercise Self-Employment, if they are included among the activities required by the DL (gastronomic service in restaurants; gastronomic service in cafeteria; bar and recreation service; housing lessor; rooms and spaces and construction services; repair and maintenance of real estate) and passenger transportation services, must designate one of their accounts or open one if they do not have one, as a fiscal account.

Minimum balance: The equivalent of three (3) monthly installments on account of the Personal Income Tax, to which the holder is obliged to pay.

Payment instruments: checks, magnetic cards, bank transfers or cash.

Documents to present for the opening:

  • Application model signed by the owner.
  •  Identity card.
  •  License from the competent authority according to the activity carried out.
  •  Registration in the Taxpayer Registry.
