To request a new service, customers must go to the corresponding Commercial Office (the one closest to the location of the home), with the official who attends Consumer Movement, and present the following documents:
I.D;
Document accrediting the legality of the dwelling;
The cases of Electrification of Tendederas, Sugar Bateyes, Electrification of Neighborhoods and other clients not connected to the National Electroenergetic System of investments approved by the state are exempt from presenting the legal document of possession of the properties, for which we use the number of the approved PI.
The Electric Company of Granma has 30 business days to comply with the contracted service, from the moment in which it is determined by the evaluation commission that the request is appropriate.
