Cancellations may occur at the request of the client or ordered by the Commercial Office, due to abandonment of the service or due to non-payment of the account.

Cancellations requested by customers can be permanent or temporary and in all cases the final account is charged, obtaining an estimated consumption between the date of the last reading and the date of request for cancellation.

Due to certain situations of a client, this can request a change of place or change of position of the Electric Energy Meter.  The change of position of the CEE on the facade of the house is considered varied.

The client must present the Electricity payment receipt, and must also create the conditions in the home to perform the service.

The place will be inspected to determine the possibility of carrying out the work, informing the client of the results of the inspection.

If the work is executable, the client will be informed that he must appear at the commercial office to make the payment of the same, amounting to $ 6.00.  It is necessary to know that the execution of the service is not carried out until the payment has been made.  From this date, the Electric Company has 10 working days to execute the service.
