Withdrawals can be partial or total due to:
- Transfer to another Office.
- Death.
- Departure abroad.
- Income in Penitentiary Centers, Hospitals or Nursing Homes.
Grades:
In order to carry out the process of withdrawing from Oficoda, the presentation of a member of the nucleus who is 16 years of age or older is an essential requirement, an end that will be justified through the presentation of the identity card and the booklet for food products.
In cases of death, departure abroad and admission to penitentiary centers, asylums and hospitals (permanently), the following documents must be presented:
- Identity card of the appearing party.
- Book for Food Products.
- Model 12 Sworn Declaration of Medical Diet, duly signed and stamped by the Public Health Assistance Center that issues it.
- The renewal of the medical diet may be processed by the consumer, any day of the month in which the current diet expires.
