Documents to be presented by consumers who move from another Oficoda.

Identity card of the appearing party.
Identity card, updated by the address of the house where the registration will take place, of all the components of the nucleus.
Form 6 of Withdrawal from Oficoda where he was discharged.
Book for Food Products, in the case of recognition of the nucleus due to change of address.
Some document that proves the legal occupation of the home, in the name of the person requesting to be head of the nucleus, issued by the Institute of Housing and Notaries.
If the document of the legality of the house is in the name of a minor under 16 years of age, it will also be necessary to present the document that accredits the applicant as the guardian of the minor and the Identity Card of said guardian updated by the address of the residence that the minor owns.

Creating Family Nucleus

Registration at Oficoda can be processed by any consumer, whether or not they are a member of the nucleus. In the cases of withdrawal of consumers, including that of the Head of the Nucleus, the procedure will always be carried out by a member of the family nucleus, which will be demonstrated by presenting the Identity Card of the appearing party and the Book for Food Products of the nucleus where they will carry out the process.
