 It treasures objects linked to this revolutionary group, as well as original elements of the Lodging, standing out among them a varied set of furniture used in Cuba in the 1950s of the 20th century.

 It is a prototype building of Protorrationalism in Bayamo.

It was visited, on the night of July 25, 1953, by the young Fidel Castro Ruz, on his way to Santiago de Cuba, with the purpose of finalizing details about the attack on the Carlos Manuel de Céspedes Barracks.

 The young people of the Centennial Generation who assaulted the Carlos Manuel de Céspedes Barracks on July 26, 1953 stayed there.
