Specialists and mechanics carry out visits from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, in case of leaks and gas leaks that, depending on their severity, must be resolved within 24 to 72 hours of receipt.
After 6:00 pm and until 6:00 am, customers must report to the Direction Center at 23-294632 or 23-294638.
In the case of Commercial Houses to carry out name change procedures, transfer of rights, transfer from another or to another province of the liquefied petroleum gas contract, among others; customer service is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.
